After many announcements and postponements the most ambitious film project in Malayalam film history 'Randamoozham', is set to begin at long last. The movie based on the Jnanpith laureate M.T.Vasudevan Nair will be directed by renowned ad filmmaker Sreekumar. It will have Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in the lead role of Bheema. Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan will play the role of Bheeshma, while Tamil superstar Vikram may be roped in to play the character of Arjuna. Aishwarya Rai may be the choice for the role of Draupadi. Telugu star Nagarjuna is part of the mega project.
The movie which is planned as a two part film has a staggering budget of Rs.250 crore. The film will be multilingual with Hindi,English and Malayalam versions. K.U.Mohan will handle the camera,while A.R.Rahman will do the music.
